FOUNDER & CEO, EONVERA CAPITAL

Advancing asset management and investment intelligence as two tracks of one practice. One standard of evidence. One discipline of risk.
At Eonvera Capital, asset management is not a spectator to technology, and investment intelligence is not a demonstration detached from the business. The two share one standard of research and one discipline of risk, and they calibrate each other against real investment problems.
Two lines of business, one standard of judgment
Eonvera Capital was founded in 2019, with real value research, capital responsibility, and risk discipline as the foundations of the organization. Its research spans equities, ETFs, fixed income, commodities, multi-asset portfolios, and digital assets. The focus is not the short-term mood of any single market, but where asset value comes from, what expectations prices reflect, and what a portfolio can withstand under different conditions.
Asset management gives technology real problems to answer. Disagreements in research collaboration, constraints in portfolio analysis, blind spots in risk identification—these become the questions system design must address, rather than being packaged as demonstration scenarios.
Investment intelligence turns those questions into reusable capabilities: market understanding, model validation, multi-role deliberation, scenario comparison, computational orchestration, and risk governance. Those capabilities then feed back into research collaboration, portfolio analysis, and risk identification, forming a continuous loop between the business and its research and development.
The point of this path is not to let systems replace investment judgment, but to make the grounds, disagreements, and boundaries of judgment recordable, testable, and open to reassessment. Read the full account of the dual track →
Decision responsibility belongs to the organization, not to a single model
The company's materials describe nine specialist departments: investment management, global investment research, independent risk management, compliance and legal, finance and fund operations, technology development and ADI, digital asset investment, institutional client relationships, and investor education. Responsibility for research, deliberation, authorized execution, and operational review is distributed across them, so that full decision responsibility never rests with a single model or a single individual.
At the governance level, the Investment Committee reviews major strategy; the Risk Management Committee focuses on concentration, leverage, and liquidity; and the Model and Technology Governance Committee reviews major model updates and changes to production environments. Once research identifies an opportunity, it still has to be reconciled with client objectives, portfolio constraints, and applicable authority before it becomes an executable plan.
The arrangement may look like added process; in practice, it draws boundaries around the use of technology. A model can extend the breadth of research, but it cannot bypass authorization. A system can speed up analysis, but it cannot replace an understanding of client objectives and risk tolerance.
For Pietro Campanelli, organizational design is itself part of the investment method. Only when responsibility is clear does technology have a basis for trust. Explore the organization and governance →

The design goal of EONVERA ADI · Eonvera Capital
From stand-alone tools to an intelligent network of continuous feedback
EONVERA ADI was created by Pietro Campanelli, who serves as its chief architect. In the technical architecture described by Eonvera Capital, six core modules operate within a unified collaborative mechanism. The Global Financial World Model connects interest rates, policy, corporate operations, capital flows, and asset prices. Adaptive Model Evolution manages training, out-of-sample validation, drift monitoring, and version updates. The Machine Investment Committee organizes specialist roles to propose and challenge views.
Causal and Scenario Intelligence compares different future paths and examines risk budgets and portfolio choices. Heterogeneous and Quantum Computing handles resource scheduling and experimental research. Intelligent Risk Governance and Evolution runs through authority, risk rules, audit, and outcome feedback. The work of all six modules converges in the ADI Intelligent Investment Decision Center, yielding recommendations that carry their evidence, constraints, and conditions for reassessment.
What matters is how the modules connect. Market understanding can trigger a model review; a model change can prompt renewed deliberation; scenario analysis can, in turn, call for additional evidence. Research therefore need not end as a one-off report; it can become a process that updates as markets change.
Eonvera Capital plans to begin the global commercialization of EONVERA ADI in early 2027. Individual services emphasize market understanding, comparison of instruments, portfolio research, and risk explanation. Institutional services extend to batch analysis, data isolation, team permissions, research interfaces, and contractually agreed computing resources. Learn about ADI and the commercialization plan →
